Candidate should be: people oriented, self motivated, organizational skills, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions and multi-task, Ability to execute a detailed business plan, Experience in marketing financial products, ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms, Life & Health license (must be able to obtain), Series 6 securities license (must be able to obtain), Series 63 securities license (must be able to obtain), State securities required licenses (must be able to obtain).
