What you'll be doing

Business Analyst will collaboration with multiple functional organizations within company and will be managing all tasks involved in program tracks to ensure successful realization of program goals. The ideal candidate will have a comfort level with management of multiple projects and experience working with cross functional organizations in a strong matrix environment. This is a great opportunity to take on a position with great impact and play an integral role in company success as a leader in its industry.Manage a robust program structure that will ensure effective and on time delivery while managing program risks across the initiatives. Setup processes to ensure effective communication between stakeholders and theater teams. Manage and influence client expectation and communication while partnering with IT and outside partners. Drive the overall direction of the program within the group to ensure predictability and repeatability of process across initiatives. Work with cross functional teams to ensure engagement and alignment on program deliverables. Implement metrics to measure process performance and provide for feedback loop to allow for continuous improvement as the group engages in new initiatives . Manage the business impact analysis and business requirement document generation. Manage the testing, execution and sign off of testing for the initiatives and overall releases. Provides leadership, guidance and training to the members of the business, program management office and IT. Coordinate with cross theater GTC teams on PMO projects and associated issues.

What your background should be

Business analysis and project management experience is required. Proven record of driving large scale implementations of complex systems, involving significant change management and dealing with multiple stakeholders. Experience working independently with little supervision, ability to build road maps and deliver a sequence of tangible deliverables towards a clear end state. Effective resource allocation experience supporting a robust release schedule. PMI / PMP certification preferred as well as practical experience in utilizing that methodology. Functional expertise in finance and taxation/customs. VAT knowledge and experience. Knowledge of Oracle ERP within the finance and order management modules.
