What you'll be doing

This job is to understand the levers and indicators that affect the sephora business and coach their team to deliver an amazing shopping experience for their clients. The candidate will responsible for leading people and know how important it is to provide the team frequent coaching or feedback, focus on differentiating performance across team members, empower to take control and make good decisions, set expectations with on what needs to be done and what successful performance looks like, find ways to motivate the team to do the best work of their lives and sincerely recognize each and every team member for their individual contribution to the stores success, also responsible for analyzing business performance. Reviewing reports and any other information for better understand on how and why business performs the way it does and then take action to make a difference.

What your background should be

This position mainly required people management skills. Candidate must have ability to engaging and have no problem striking up a conversation with complete strangers. Working in a team environment, help teammates and others. Influence customer; not as a pushy sales person, but with conversation make someone to think differently. Creative thinking of new things all the time and seem to have a never ending list of what to tweak to make them happy and evaluate situations effectively and exercise good judgment when making decisions.
