What you'll be doing
- The responsibility of this position is to provide new financial representatives with sales, marketing and development support allowing financial representatives the opportunity to spend more time in front of clients and prospects. Specific responsibilities include but not are limited in to; sales support and marketing support. Set up and maintain electronic client file, prepare form letters and correspondence, input case history notes from copy talk to TNC, prepare case prep for all meetings, run personal planning analysis or coordinate preparation with the CFS department, run recommendation illustrations, meet with rep to discuss proposal, analysis, method, opinion and discuss all assumptions. Prepare marketing feed lists for each appointment; prepare ledgers and proposals, new representative training & development. Meet & communicate regularly with development team on financial report progress.
