What you'll be doing
- A Production Supervisor will lead production for the state of the art manufacturing facilities in the territory of the organization. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility of all areas of production including: hire, train and supervise a team of production employees. Manage production schedules, monitor quality of product to achieve customer expectations and supervise inventory of the organization. Maintain safety in the plant and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations. Effectively communicate production goal expectations to all the team members.
What your background should be
- Three plus years of working experience in manufacturing with a proven track record of success leading a team of production employees to achieve/exceed results. Excellent communication skill, strong problem solving and decision-making ability is desired. Experience in developing new methods to improve the production is expected.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
