What you'll be doing
- This is a leadership position, with direct supervision and hands on management responsibility of delivering excellent customer service. The candidate will responsible for hire, train, and manage performance of sales delivery team. Supervise sales delivery representatives on location and in route to ensure customer satisfaction. The incumbent also responsible for hands on training to include assisting the sales delivery team on customer site visits. Overall accountability of customer relationships, contract renewals, increased sales and efficient delivery through route plan.
What your background should be
- This position required customer service and sales experience in the industrial or service industry. Three plus years of people management and training experience. A valid driving license required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent.
