Senior System Specialist

What you'll be doing: The company is currently looking for a Senior System Specialist for Houston area. The candidate will be responsible for design, development and support of the essential suite applications including system configuration, custom tools and custom reports. Develop and maintain scripts and utilities for the purpose of automating repetitive routines and administering systems controls per district requirements. Recommend and provide professional development for other staff and self that relate to system services for providing direction for meeting the goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be involved in daily scrum meetings and need to interact with project manager and business stakeholders. Serve on system related projects for completing projects in an efficient and cost effective manner. The applicant is also need to have a very strong working knowledge base on an oracle database. Perform other related duties as assigned for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

What your background should be: Experience with essential suite applications, 3 to 5 years of experience with ASP, DOT NET, 3 to 5 years of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL. 1 to 2 years of experience with C# development. Experience with SSRS reports. Experience with SQL server, Agile/Scrum experience.
