What you'll be doing
- Required to provide technical network support and service desk support, assisting with problem resolution, and installing and maintaining hardware and software. The successful applicant will be expected to exhibit professionalism at all times when dealing with customers and staff, replying to emails and dealing with trouble tickets.
What your background should be
- Two years college from an accredited college or university and four years of related experience or any equivalent combination for a total of six (6) years.
