What you'll be doing

The role is primarily responsible for coordinating the processes and activities following an incident with the aim of promptly restoring service. The individual will also be responsible for overall monitoring of the system, accurately documenting issues in order to resolve them in a timely manner and liaising with other departments as required.

What your background should be

Over 4 years' experience supporting IT Infrastructure and with Windows Operating System.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree or HSD/GED and 4+ years' applicable experience.
