What you'll be doing

Provide student with basic direction, instruction and assistance in designate area of instruction. Motivate and counsel student in areas of behavior, career and academic training or study habit. Coordinate with team as necessary to resolve issue affect student training. Develop and prepare lesson. Recommend curricula change and supplemental material. Participate in student performance evaluation. Prepare required documentation and evaluation. Administer and correct test. Maintain progress and attendance report. Control use of supply, material and equipment. Assist in develop community linkage and partnership. Access and train student to use computer and applicable software. Teach, model and evaluate student employability skill. Develop and conduct enrichment program as assign. Transport student for training purpose as need. Maintain accountability of student and property; adhere to safety practice. Cultivate and maintain a climate on center which is free of harassment, intimidation and disrespect to provide a safe place for staff and student to work and learn. Monitor student progress in the program by ensure compliance with established corporate and DOL data integrity guidelines. Promote student attainment of career success standard through model appropriate skill, mentor student, monitor skill acquisition and intervene when inappropriate behavior observe. Coordinate schedule change as student complete out of the required program. Perform all other duty as requested.

What your background should be

One year related experience. State of Alaska teaching certificate. Successfully pass a background check and drug test. Valid driving license, with an acceptable driving record.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in related field. Master's degree preferred.
