What you'll be doing

A successful Account Associate in this company will develop customer relationships within the community to promote company products including auto, home and life insurance. The candidate will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Other service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. This position will allow the candidate to experience working in an agent office and work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.

What your background should be

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate or telemarketing) preferred. Successful record of accomplishment of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
