What you'll be doing

Account associate is responsible to develop leads, schedule appointments, identifies customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. A successful candidate must uses a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Applicant maintains a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Candidate builds and develops customer relationships within the community to promote company products including auto, home and life insurance. Other duty performs as assigned.

What your background should be

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written, verbal and listening. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize dreams. Candidate must be people oriented. Ability to multi-task, conduct interviews in the office, assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews and effectively relate to a customer. Property & casualty license (must have currently) and life & health license (must be able to obtain).
