What you'll be doing
- The Account Executive is a field sales role answerable for both direct customer contract value retention as well as growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. The territory for this position involves specific major customers accounts, and carries a sales quota of $1million+ of contract value. It is the task of the successful candidate to manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. This role is responsible for account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth. This position is expected for consulting with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner
