What you'll be doing
- Under limited direction, cultivates relevant markets by developing and maintaining industry and product knowledge, understanding of customers needs and concerns, participating in appropriate trade organizations and their events, and continuously promoting a positive company image. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining customers through proactive contacts, thorough follow-up on outstanding issues, and professional contract negotiations. Under limited direction, meets or exceeds corporate goals regarding revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. Serves as information resource to clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding sales activity and ongoing operations. Position requires client product sales goals and quota management. Performs other duties as required.
What your background should be
- Five to ten years experience in banking, S&L, customer service, or operations experience. Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, and make effective recommendations regarding the use of funds, equipment, and people. Must be able to organize activities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective and timely follow-up on each.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related discipline is required.
