What you'll be doing
- Motivate and develop consultants through the process of coaching strengths, sales education, and the execution of sales and marketing programs. Find and implement business solutions by making decisions immediately at point of sale. Ensure store management's understanding and action towards. This includes achieving appropriate inventory levels, and general business support to grow retail sales. Plan, organize, staff and execute special events, both in-store and on location. Deliver the annual sales plan for the assigned region. Partner with corporate call executives to ensure proper inventory management. Manage the returns for the region to acceptable company directives. Handle all required administrative duties expeditiously, accurately, and meet deadlines. Assist retailer in creatively sourcing, interviewing and hiring the best-fit candidate for counter manager and consultant positions. Successfully develop and support in-store team. Utilize coaching and development skills to ensure thoughtful execution of business strategies.
What your background should be
- The candidate should have four plus years of experience in sales or education. Management or account management experience is preferred. Candidate must have strong developmental and indirect management talents which have been demonstrated by positive past sales performance. Solid coaching, leadership and communication skills are also a must.
