What your background should be

Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience. High percentage of travel; some air travel required. Must maintain reliable transportation; valid state driving license required. Good written and oral communication skills; persuasive negotiator; team player. Strong organization skills with specific attention to detail. Makeup application experience required; advanced artistry a plus. Management experience; multi-unit territory experience a plus. Extensive customer service skills; ability to make professional and memorable group presentations. Highly motivated, self-starter, ability to work autonomously. Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with retailers and colleagues. Ability to incur two weeks of expenses of personal credit card.
