What you'll be doing

Generate referral for assist living facility by build up relationship with physician, hospital, long term care, independent living, home health facility and other community resource. Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goal and plan. Conduct sales call and evaluate result and effectiveness of sales activity. Support business development activity and help establish strong relationship with new and exist referral source. Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectation. Maintain record of all account activity within sales database. Perform other duty as assigned.

What your background should be

At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry. Must have at least 1-2 years geriatric experience. Formal sales training. Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan. Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree preferred.
