What you'll be doing

Responsible for handling calls, correspondence, and live chat enquiries, preparing written quotes, maintaining an active and updated database, and overseeing product orders through to completion. The successful applicant will be a competent multi-tasker with excellent communication skills needed to seek out new clients and business and proactively upsell whenever possible.

What your background should be

Over one year's experience in an inside sales, customer service, or account manager role.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
