What you'll be doing
- As Account Manager, you will be the lead point of contact for your customers, maintaining and nurturing strong and trusted relationships, and ensuring solutions are delivered in a timely manner. This is hands-on role where the successful candidate will be expected to assist with important support requests and be a focal point for providing customers with expertise and encouragement.
What your background should be
- 1 - 3 years of account management, sales or other client-facing experience at a fast-growing startup.
Required Schooling / Training
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
