What you'll be doing

Prepare account opening packets for client signature in accordance with office of the comptroller of currency regulations, written departmental policies and procedures, and within established service standards. Monitor and reconcile assets including cost basis, which are funding newly established company accounts to provide clear and ongoing updates to the client facing teams. Complete account opening on account system for internal sub-accounts for fixed income and equity accounts. Provide support to wealth management investment specialists, internal relationship consultants, and wealth management advisory team’s support by monitory account services team mailbox to assist in answering day-to-day questions. Work in a team environment to assist in cash processing, account closing, preparation of private asset management account opening packets, and account opening on accounting system during high volume times.

What your background should be

2 to 5 years of experience of account administration or investment management operations. Good verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree
