What you'll be doing
- Accounting Clerk will verify and enter vendor invoices, comparing against purchase orders and receiving documents, report exceptions to management. It is the responsibility of the Accounting Clerk to light contact/interactions with customers for accts receivable collections, increasing over time with experience and understanding of Company goals, strategies, and customer base. The Accounting Clerk will assist accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; running software programs. Additionally, this person will verify value of depreciable assets by running depreciation software program. She/he will maintain accounting records by making copies; filing documents. Also, the Accounting Clerk will accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as required.

- 5-10 years of related experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Undergraduate degree
