What you'll be doing

The primary responsibility of the Accounting Clerk is to support in general clerical functions involved to accomplish processing and payment of all expenditures, overtime reporting and salesman budget tracking. The Accounting Clerk will process, print and release demand checks ( advance, loans, regular invoices and expense checks). It is the duty of the Accounting Clerk to support with new vendor setup, (faxing, email W-9 to vendors) Fill out new vendor setup form for BSG and submit both W-9 and Excel form for Master Data. This position will maintain and update salesman budget monthly for entire State of Florida. Additionally, the incumbent will help assistant controller and senior accountant when required. Also she/he will stamp and write vendor number, general ledger, and cost center and supplier numbers for all request or invoices.

3 years of accounts payable experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
