What you'll be doing
- Qualified candidate will be answerable for paying bills, print checks and vendor maintenance. It is the duty of the Accounting Clerk to create invoices, manage accounts receivable and review payroll. Responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department. She/he ensures files are completed and maintain, handles accounts payable duties, and assists accounting personnel. The person will have to record charges and business transactions, issue checks, compile invoices and resolve accounting problems. Moreover Accounting Clerk has the duty to arrange for money to be delivered and utilize computer systems to run databases; payrolls; and order supplies.
