What you'll be doing

This position will compile, compute, and record billing, statistical, and other numerical data for billing purposes and to keep financial reports complete. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by the other workers. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for verifying invoices, food and beverage receiving log daily, and maintaining all vendor files. It is the duty of the candidate to process payroll once in a week and issue all purchase orders while maintaining an accurate and current purchase order log. Moreover Accounting Clerk will have to support accounting operations by filling documents, reconciling statements, running software programs.

What your background should be

6+ months of accounting experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school graduate/GED
