What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will manage, hire, train and develop staff. Accounting Manager will be chargeable for offering oversight and direction of general accounting functions and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures of the company. The person will be expected for regular communication with Accounting Director on accounting staff relating to activities and worker relations issues. She/he will develop and maintain good internal/external customer service standards. Accounting Manager will handle account receivables, coordinate in the development and implementation of new procedures to maximize the workflow of the department, and help Accounting Director with preparation and implementation of department budget.

5+ years of accounting experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
