What you'll be doing

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting the COO with all of the finance and accounting functions as it pertains to contracts, job costing and management of staff. It is the responsibility of the Accounting Manager to administer bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, depreciation and all other accounting functions. The Accounting Manager will administer the processes for forecasting, budgets and consolidation; monitor and report on financial performance, comparative analysis, financial trends and budget; manage all audits internal and external. Moreover, the Accounting Manager interact with outside auditors and regulatory agencies; maintain and develop Microsoft Excel and SQL reports, and ad hoc task as needed.

What your background should be

3+ years of experience in accounting

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in accounting
