What you'll be doing
- Key responsibilities of the role include preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring variances are investigated and explained, reconciling balance sheets, managing new employee set-ups and processing payroll. Other duties required include working with auditors on year-end activities and managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of similar experience. Familiarity with insurance and human resource benefits desirable.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
