What you'll be doing
- This chosen candidate is accountable for the Consolidation and Analysis of the Plant costs for Post Foods Battle Creek Facility. The General Accounting Manager will assist Post Foods Division management with all financial analysis. The incumbent will consolidate the Month End Close costs for the plant and report to Operations Management and Division Finance on those results. It is the duty of the Accounting Manager to supervise the work of the Payroll Group on all features of Payroll recording, reporting and processing including daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Also, this individual will oversee the work of the Material Accountant on issues relevant to Bill of Materials, proper recording of use of materials, and inventory variances for all raw materials and finished goods at the plant.
What your background should be
- 4-6 years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree

- Supplies value-added egg products, refrigerated potato products, cheese and other dairy case products and dry pasta products to the private label retail, foodservice and ingredient channels and markets retail brands including All Whites, Better and Eggs, Simply Potatoes
