What you'll be doing
- Accounts Payable Specialist will be liable for processing all invoices ensuring accurate documentation and approvals and vendors are paid within terms as defined by management. The person is expected for ensuring that the checks are maintained and distributed accurately. The incumbent will administer inquiries received by telephone, internet, and mail of all AP processes and procedures. This individual will maintain and ensures accuracy of the AP vendor master file and accurate 1099 reporting. Moreover, the Accounts Payable Specialist will re-examine and release invoices processed ensuring batch integrity and authorizations.
What your background should be
- 2 years accounting experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
