Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll be doing: We provide an immediate opening for a competent Accounts Payable Specialist, who will become a member of our rapidly developing team. The Accounts Payable Specialist role is responsible for managing the accounting activities of the business including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger accounting, expense reporting as well as account reconciliation. This position is a unique opportunity for a qualified individual to become a part of a growing industry and business. The Accounts Payable Specialist will face with the following responsibilities: - Maintain the accounting system up-to-date for the customer payments. - Cope with the customer invoicing. - Follow up on the past due receivables. - Process vendor invoices for the payment and approval. - Process approved expense reports for payment. - Manage the use of the company credit card to make sure that the expense documentation is maintained in accordance with the IRS guidelines.

What your background should be: The most essential requirements for this role: - From 3 to 5 years of previous experience within the Accounting industry. - Comprehensive benefit package that involves vision, medical, dental and Stock Plan. - Proven experience using QuickBooks and Excel. - Strong desire to work independently, being a flexible self-starter.
