Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll be doing: The Accounts Receivable Specialist is an immediate Accounting opening that involves applying payments, invoicing clients, maintaining clients accounts and resolving payment discrepancies. The most suitable candidate for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role will collaborate with our various departments in order to ensure the customer pricing accuracy. What your background should be: The Accounts Receivable Specialist position requires the following qualifications: - Educational level: High School Diploma strongly required, College Diploma desired. - Strong attention to the smallest details. - Previous experience in an Accounting environment strongly desired. - Excellent organization skills as well as follow up skills. - Ability and willingness to master new Proficient computer skills as well as demonstrated working knowledge of MS Word and Excel + typing ability. - Ability to handle company assignments in the fast paced environment. - Ability to choose priorities within various requests and handle them accurately. - Ability to work independently. - Prior experience in working with the MS Dynamics software.
