What your background should be

10+ years AD, Exchange experience and 5+ years of advance admin experience with PowerShell. Advance PowerShell experience emphasizing on Exchange and AD scripting. Deep knowledge of Exchange. Deep knowledge of Active directory. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of SQL server and SQL script is a plus. Knowledge of .Net library is a plus. Some experience with forefront identity management is a plus.
