What you'll be doing

Administrative Generalist who will provides business analysis and program management support for the company. Facility energy program as required to address energy, water and other utility conservation and renewable energy programs in the energy directorate work flow cell. Provides independent analysis of official upper management requests for answers to questions and information on specific energy conservation programs. Determines the need and priority of each request, what division must respond and the process by which the request will be handled by directorate personnel. Provides guidance and recommendations on how and when the response will be answered to insure all actions are accomplished per prescribed policy, regulations and time lines. Will be required to answer all questions from government personnel at local and Air staff offices on task specifics and current timeline. Will make sure both the task tracker and task management tool are kept up to date including who must complete the response, it is timeline as well as the status of each task. Job requires coordinating and working directly with personnel at several levels of command including offices at all major commands, the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), headquarters Air Force and the secretary of the Air Force. Must analyze data input from multiple sources for discrepancies and be able to either correct those mistakes on the spot or know where and from whom to obtain the proper information. Duties include calculating and reporting program status, compilation of statistical data and validation of project and program data. Determines appropriate data recording and analysis mechanisms and processes. Determines validity of program reports and correspondence without input from others. Develops charts to graphically display data and progress toward goals. Will use MS Office Excel to autonomously create various monitoring tools for all work flow cell actions. Will review, edit and recreate briefings for presentation to all levels of command on all the Energy Directorate programs.

What your background should be

Have effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in developing and presenting professional engineering communications and presentations. Be extremely proficient in engineering mathematical calculations and unit conversion. Be very proficient in the use of MS Office software. Able to use Adobe Acrobat.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
