What you'll be doing

Provide new business sales support and assist with the distribution of workload. Major duties and functions include act as a team lead for the new business processing team, assisting agency operations management with distribution of workload. Assist agency operations management with training and developing new business staff. Process, track, and complete all new business administrative tasks for the agency. Process new business applications for all lines of business, AOC transactions, and ten days free looks. Track new business and order and follow up on all new business requirements. Analyze and summarize new business management reports and identify trends/issues for the new business team. Complete and maintain logs and blotters. Research issues and bring issues to resolution. Work with underwriting team to expedite the placing of life business. Perform other duties as assigned or required.

What your background should be

Minimum 2 years of experience reviewing and researching financial documents in a business environment. Complete knowledge of new business processing for all lines of business preferred. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows). Ability to lead others; ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
