What you'll be doing

Assist with receivables for several locations, including invoicing for labor, hardware sales, software sales and supplies. Code and enter payables and employee expenses and acquiring W-9 when needed. Assist with contract administration, new client project setup, procurement of hardware, and client billing. Reconcile work in progress (WIP) to client contracts for appropriate billing. Strong understanding and experience with accounting concepts. Prepare or maintain reports or records and other statistical or quantitative data. Work closely with sales and support teams with purchase orders and sales orders. Work well with other departments as needed for reporting and other issues. Assist with timesheet entry management. Enter all new clients and jobs into the system, verifying all information is correct.

What your background should be

The applicant should have experience in related field. Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and strong ability to manipulate large volumes of data. Ability to performs research and data gathering activities and may prepare reports or summaries of information. Ability to maintain confidential information and work in a fast paced, dynamic and creative organization.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
