What you'll be doing
- The team assistant will work in an administrative team that supports a specific department or floor. Respond to inquiries from within the agency or from the client and/or suppliers. Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently. Prepare employee travel expenses accurately and timely. Open mail, filter, redirect and prioritize as appropriate. Manage departmental or floor filing. Independently work on secondary assignments after completion of other duties. Special projects for managers and any additional tasks deemed necessary. Serve as the floor move coordinator and office administration liaison (May not apply to all applicants). Prioritize workload; effectively manage multiple priorities/deadlines.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
