What you'll be doing

Responsible for the implementation, design and management of the company environment. Provide end user support including ongoing maintenance research. Manage special projects and upgrades associated with the company environment. Configure and support solutions that ensure delivery of the various company technologies at an enterprise level. Ensure compliance with established internal processes and procedures. Develop and maintain technical documentation resources. Performs capacity and resource planning. Constantly monitor and research new solutions. Develop training and work with end users to ensure company is being utilized in the most efficient manner. Assist in the strategy development of the company environment as part of the corporate information technology team.

What your background should be

Minimum 5+ years of supporting Windows server and desktop operating systems. Strong oral and written communication skills. History of working in a team environment.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree.
