What you'll be doing

Achieve performance standards as set up by management. Know, maintain, adhere to, and comply with all appropriate corporate, state and federal compliance policies for admissions. Ensure the tasks required to partner with students are carried out employing ethics and integrity that are above reproach. Ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives are achieved throughout the admissions process. Ensure knowledge of programs offered and take responsibility for keeping current with program changes as well as new programs offered. Maintain and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly metrics. Participate in programs for self-improvement and professional development. Provide accurate reports relating to individual recruitment effectiveness, tracking logs. Make certain prospective students have realistic expectations regarding their course of study by adhering strictly to established standards for admissions. Make recommendations to regarding any operational issues or opportunities in the interest of enhancing the admissions process. Ensure that adequate, accurate and timely student records are created during the admissions process and are forwarded to other departments as appropriate. Ask for student referrals. Always convey only accurate, independently verifiable information in the proper context to enable applicants to make a well-informed enrollment decision. Attend required training/help sessions. Follow all standard operating procedures. Assist other members of the admissions department in routine and occasional activities as defined by your supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

2-3 years of customer service and or sales experience required. Must prove ability to use Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn other systems. Ability to communicate accurately and positively by telephone, e-mail, and other media to students and internal customers. Ability to follow processes, work effectively on a team, and maintain a positive attitude.

Required Schooling / Training

BS/BA degree. Healthcare degree preferred.
