What you'll be doing

We are currently looking for a skilled Admissions and Records Assistant to work in the related area. The individual will perform a great variety of functions, including: - Advise students as well as A&R procedures. - Provide professional assistance and information to the students. - Process requests for registration, transcripts, grade changes, foreign students admissions, suspension / probation assistance, computation of GPA, etc. - Supervise and coach students. - Evaluate transcripts and equivalency of transfer credits. - Oversee various evening operation of the college. - Distribute college information and materials. - Prepare commencement information together with graduation lists. - Maintain computer records on the students status. - Prepare lists of classes changed or modified. - Order supplies and forms and obtain price quotes. - Handle the other tasks as required.
