What you'll be doing

Advertising/Marketing Manager will be responsible for develop marketing communications activities on behalf of wealth management executives, senior managers and their teams. He/she will contribute to strategy development and deployment with an objective to support growth initiatives among and across wealth management, business lines serving affluent, high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. This position creates marketing collateral, writes material for publications and develops presentations. He/she is responsible for coaching senior leaders in stage presence and message delivery. This position builds collaborative relationships within and across wealth management, across company corporate marketing and communications team, within and across a variety of additional areas in company national footprint. Proven experience managing multiple projects on tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Interest in developing and managing relationships across lines of business to engage internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to supervise a diverse portfolio of assignments while simultaneously achieving high quality delivery expectations in a fast paced environment. Experience in building and executing a variety of marketing communications tactics that serve goals associated with larger and broader campaigns and initiatives. Critical thinker, self starter who works proactively to identify key business priorities and opportunities.

What your background should be

Five to eight years of experience in advertising or marketing industry. Three or more years of management experience. Extensive writing experience and design skills are required, along with a strong working knowledge of AP Style. Experience in a corporate and/or agency environment preferred; experience in financial communications is optional, but desired.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in communications, advertising or related field.
