AFR Capacity Management Specialist

What you'll be doing

Executes global procurement strategies. Ensures adherence to global negotiated contracts. Plans route and allocates capacities (identifies options, allocates shipment against available capacities). Performs market and customer analysis to forecast demands or supplies at country levels (collects data, prepares, validates and analyzes data accuracy). Maintains most up to date information on balance between demands and supplies at country levels. Performs negotiation to procure local capacities (schedules, rates) end to end. Optimizes local procurement for spot quotes and consolidation opportunities. Ensures internal local rates input into the rate management systems (which will be used by the ACC desk team) and checks validities. Initiates corrective actions on local level or escalation to global. Identifies issues and escalates them to direct reports when required. Monitors carrier performance in line with balanced score cards.
