What you'll be doing
- Support agency budgeting process, including expense and revenue tracking and reporting and issue resolution. Support state and federal regulatory and compliance process to ensure team compliance with the development, filing and record keeping for all communication and compliance with contact, information protection, business continuity, record management and role based access process. Identify improvement opportunity for budgeting and compliance process. Support agency staff with space need and access to system. Coordinate and manage agency staff meeting, including identifying topic and building agenda. Effectively manage project as assigned.
What your background should be
- Experience with operation in an agency corporate marketing department. Ability to follow and help build efficient operational process. Ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment and able to balance workload and self prioritize. Critical thinking and problem solving skill. Ability to collaborate, respect different perspective and keep project moving forward. Excellent organization skill. Excellent business writing and communication skill. Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Bachelor degree
