Agent Team Member

What you'll be doing: Develop lead, schedule appointment, identify customer need, and market appropriate product and service. Establish customer relationship and follow up with customer, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy change, transfer, claim submission, and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goal. Use a customer focused, need based review process to educate customer about insurance option. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

What your background should be: Successful record of accomplishment of meeting sale goal and quota preferred. Interest in marketing product and service based on customer need. Excellent interpersonal skill. Excellent communication skill; written, verbal and listening. Ability to conduct interview in the office and in customer home or business. Ability to assess customer need and conduct effective interview.
