What you'll be doing

The merchant banking & real estate investing analytics and reporting group is looking for a thoughtful and solutions oriented individual to support the MB&REI team in several areas, including coordinating and tracking capital raising activities across the platform. Developing and maintaining profiles of key investor clients and prospects. Develop and maintain cross platform and fund specific marketing materials. Analyzing business and investment level risk considerations and metrics. Track investing activities across the platform. Developing and maintaining competitor and market intelligence. Developing board and senior management level strategic, financial and operational presentations. Track progress of management key initiatives and objectives.

What your background should be

This position required 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in an institutional setting (asset management, investment banking or sales and trading) and superior level of attention to detail. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Highly developed interpersonal skills need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player. Ability to handle multiple assignments at once and meet associated deadlines important to success. Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and minimum project management experience is required.
