What you'll be doing

What your background should be

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in production application administration experience in a Windows server environment, Windows Systems Administration in multiple server enterprise (5 or more servers), and end user desktop support in an office environment. Knowledge and skills thorough understanding of Microsoft products/systems and their administration. Basic understanding of LAN configuration and administration. Thorough understanding of the internet and its key configuration components (e.g. DNS, email, http, IP addressing, Subnetting). Thorough understanding of batch files and scripting. Thorough understanding of different methods of file transfer FTP, SFTP, FTPS and NDM. Thorough understanding of Microsoft. Basic understanding of SQL scripts. Basic understanding of virtualization technologies. Experience with batch automation and automation tools. Time management and solid organization skills. Ability to interact well with employees, vendors and customers. Ability to research and evaluate problems or technologies outside current knowledge or experience.

Required Schooling / Training

Graduation from a 2 year technical school with a degree in electronics, networking, a closely related degree or equivalent.
