Application Services Manager

What you'll be doing: The job holder manages multiple development projects, development groups and application support functions for numerous asset servicing business segments. S/he works collaboratively with business partners to develop and deploy strategic technology solutions that have significant revenue or cost impact. Oversees the development and implementation of multiple application systems and identifies resource requirements to ensure best practice development techniques. Applicant manages a technology team to support the above programs as well as engages directly with senior business stakeholders.

What your background should be: Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience is required. S/he must have extensive experience consulting with multiple clients and have prior experience managing major impact projects and planning and tracking multiple complex projects. Job holder must personally demonstrate accountability and responsibility for processes, team performance and corporate results as appropriate.
