What you'll be doing

Travel to customer sites to deliver product support training to the site administrator, technologists, clinicians, radiologists and support personnel. Create and manage clinical applications training documentation as it relates to internal and external applications training. Complete all on-site documentations and site visit reports as well as provide customer continuing education credits. Product information is inclusive of all information regarding major and minor product releases (including service pack and service update releases). Distribution of this information includes instructor-based site training, instructor-based web trainings and distribution of electronic and paper documentation.

What your background should be

Working knowledge of DICOM and HL7 protocols and interactions. Strong ability to develop and deliver end-user training presentations in the classroom, virtual and web-based training methodologies. Excellent organizational skills & self-discipline to work with limited supervision. Strong team building skills. Excellent training and presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

BS degree preferred.
