What you'll be doing

Review new items (problems, incidents) assigned to their work group in HPSM. Ensure that sufficient information is available with each problem ticket to proceed with the analysis and resolution. Assign tickets to the individual OM team or to another work group (incase not in the scope of the application). Provide support for application utilities (e.g. foundation, release tracking tools, demand management tools and home-grown version control systems). Coordinate business approval of production migrations (release entry framework to be extended). Facilitate the hand-off of new release functionality from the development team to the OM team. Monitor production capacity and storage for the application and take corrective action when capacity thresholds are passed. Monitor & report availability (mean time between failures-MTBF). Lead productivity improvement programs and preventive maintenance initiatives related to OM. Monitor and report on quality of code delivered to production. Ensure HPSM gets updated and items get resolved within SLT. Ensure all work effort is documented in HPSM and remains current through closure. Support for disaster recovery testing initiatives.

What your background should be

The applicant should have 3+ years of experience in managing IT teams and experience working with SDLC development projects. Demonstrated ability to build and grow relationships with the business. Advanced in Microsoft suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Required Schooling / Training

BA degree.
