What you'll be doing

Build and maintain excellent relations with retail store owners and managers where located. Support management team in the deployment of at new retail locations in region. Provide leadership, constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements while driving sales performance. Deliver daily and monthly new customer acquisition and transaction goals set for the region. Implement sales strategies and targets for individual sales reps and team as a whole and evaluate/analyze performance levels. Daily site visits of retail locations throughout the assigned area, to work with sales reps; support customer needs and build relationship with store owners / managers. Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting potential candidates and direct new hire training, orientation and counseling of new reps. Maintain adequate staff levels to achieve sales goals. Communicate daily/weekly with sales teams to relay field data and findings. Report and analyze sales performance on a daily and weekly basis. Maintain a professional image by adhering to the company brand across entire sales force. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience. 3+ years of supervisory experience. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to do overnight travel throughout Texas. Consultative selling/marketing skills, relationship management and strong communication skills. Ability to drive change; contribute new ideas and processes to stimulate process change. Must be able to manage and execute sales strategies. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities. Ability to interact with and be sensitive to a broad range of cultures and socio-economic backgrounds.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree preferable, high school diploma or equivalency required.
