What you'll be doing

As the Area Service Manager, the incumbent will be accountable for leading a multi-million dollar service business directing commercial HVAC service projects for ongoing service agreements and emergency service work within the district. The Area Service Manager manages all aspects of the projects, from beginning to end, with direct duty for project execution while leading, motivating and developing team members. Trane always focuses on a total solution to provide our customers with the most energy efficient buildings. The successful applicant will reconsider and validate contracts and estimates by executing risk analysis and developing risk plans. In addition, the Area Service supervise will Manages the assigned project within the time and cost estimates.

What your background should be

3-5 years of related experience

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree

Who is the client company

Produces Air Solutions, Tools, Material Handling, Golf Car, Utility Vehicles, Time management systems, Stationary Refrigeration, Transport, Refrigeration, Residential air conditioning and Commercial air conditioning.
